Terms of use
Terms for the website. The service has its own contract.
This page governs your use of merciasalesengine.co.uk and nothing else. If you engage us, what you get and what you pay is set out in a signed agreement — not here, and not on the homepage.

1. What this page covers
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
How we handle personal data is a separate matter and is set out in our privacy notice. If you received an email from us and want it to stop, that notice tells you how — in its first section.
2. Who we are
Mercia Sales Engine Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 16966606. Registered office: 139 Solihull Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 3HW. Contact: hello@merciasalesengine.co.uk.
3. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer
The site describes what we do. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and using it or booking a call creates no obligation on either side.
If we work together, the relationship is governed by a written services agreement signed by both parties, setting out the scope, the fees, the term, exclusivity and everything else that binds us.
That agreement is the whole of it. Where anything on this website, in a proposal or in a conversation says something different, the signed agreement wins — including where the website is more generous. Read it before you sign it; ask about anything in it that does not match what you were told.
4. The examples on this site are illustrative
The homepage shows a panel of buying signals and describes the kinds of organisations they belong to. Those are illustrative examples of signal types, not live records and not real named prospects. They are there to show the shape of the thing.
Any figure on this site describing typical volumes, timings or results is an expectation drawn from how campaigns are planned, not a promise and not a guarantee of any outcome. Sales results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing and how you run the meetings — none of which are within our control. Where a figure matters to your decision, get it in the agreement, where it can be relied on.
5. Using the site
You may read the site, print pages and share links to it. You may not:
- copy, republish or resell its content as your own;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract material from it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it;
- use it to send anything unlawful, or in any way that damages or disrupts it.
6. Our material
The content, design, wordmark and name of this site belong to Mercia Sales Engine Ltd or are used with permission. Nothing on the site transfers any right in them to you.
The same goes further into the service: our delivery engine, signal library, templates and methods stay ours. A client engagement licenses the output, not the machinery.
7. Links elsewhere
We link to third-party sites — public registers, our booking system, and similar. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you get there.
8. Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that: the site is provided as it is. We give no warranty that its content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the site or reliance on anything in it.
These terms cover the website. Liability in a client engagement is dealt with in the services agreement, on its own terms.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
